On 13th February, 2012 Character dress up day event had been organised.
Students had dress up as their favorite characters and perform quite confidently in front of their peers. They narrated the story with the help of different mediums like: stick puppet, flash cards, book etc. Other students who were watching their performances displayed themselves as good listeners and motivated the performer by clapping and appreciating them. They showed lot of enthusiasm for this event and demanded for one more such event.
Giving students such opportunities helps them to be confident while presenting in front of peers as well as enhance their “presentation skills”.
