A chance to watch FIFA Under 17 Football World Cup

A chance to watch FIFA Under 17 Football World Cup

Dear Parents,

You must be aware that India is hosting FIFA Under-17 World Cup in the month of October, 2017.

It is a wonderful opportunity for our football lovers to witness this event. Our school is planning to take students to witness this event ‘live’. We have planned to watch two matches in Delhi. The idea to choose Delhi instead of a nearby venue (Mumbai) is so that our students can watch a match featuring India.

Itinerary of the trip is as follows:-

Date Details
6 October, 2017 10:35 am  Surat to Delhi by Spicejet flight
Freshen up, lunch  and head to stadium

Watch 2 matches:

Match 1: 5 pm Colombia Vs Ghana (current Champions)

Match 2: 20:00 India Vs United States

Dinner and overnight stay in Delhi

7th October, 2017 8:25 am Delhi to Surat flight by Spicejet

Registrations will be done on ‘first come first serve’ basis & first 40 Football PS students who pay the cheque  will be selected. If we have lesser students, then we may consider opening it to students who don’t have football in PS. First priority will be given to PS Football students. 4-5 coaches including a female teacher will chaperone the students.

Tentative cost  of the trip will be around Rs. 15,000, which may vary by Rs 1500  on either side according to flight rates.

Interested students should submit the cheque to  Anwer sir or Zulkif sir by 22nd of August, 2017 to reserve a place for the trip.

Cheque amount: Rs. 15000

Payee Name : Fountainhead Education Trust

Once trip is over, any balance money would be refunded to imprest account of student or excess money would be charged to it.
