A) Students understood ‘Fraction as a whole-part relationship’ through learning centers. Later, they explained their newer understanding in front of the entire class.

B) Students took an FA on descriptive writing passage, where they were taken to the venue for observation and seated there to make live connections using sensory vocabulary.

Language: Students edited few sentences in groups and made them brilliant.

Homework

A) Students have to illustrate the following fractions in their Math notebook:

a) 5/8
b) 3/4
c) 2/7
d) 7/7

  • The poems that are given in the chapter no. 26 of the EE book were read and discussed in the class. The poems were read for enjoyment, rhyme, and rhythm.
  • LD- Week 16 Day 2 was discussed.

Math:

  • Students practiced the multiplication of the 2-digit number by the 2-digit number (with regrouping) using different methods they have learned in class.

Homework:

  • LD – Week 16 Day 2 to be done.
  • Math – Solve the following word problems:
  • a) There are 32 boxes of eraser in the supply closet. Each box contains 24 erasers. How many erasers are there in all?
  • b) There are 14 rows in the classroom. Each row has 6 seats. How many seats are there in all?
  • c) Pooja bought 47 packages of cookies for her party. Each package had 8 cookies. How many cookies did Pooja buy?
  • d) There are 9 piles of T-shirts in Maheshwari store. Each pile has 27 T-shirts. How many T-shirts are there in all?
