हमारे भूतपूर्व राष्ट्रपति ए.पी. जे अब्दुल कलाम बहुत ही सरल और सादगी पसंद व्यक्ति हैं साथ ही उच्च कोटि के वैज्ञानिक भी हैं | डॉ.कलाम का जन्म १५ अक्टूबर ,१९३१  को रामेश्वर में हुआ था | उन्होंने अपनी हाईस्कूल और उच्च शिक्षा तिरुचरापल्ली और मद्रास में प्राप्त की |डॉ.कलाम वायुसेना में पायलट बनना चाहते थे ,लेकिन उनका वह सपना पूरा नहीं हुआ | अंत में २५०  रुपए मासिक पर वे वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक सहायक के पद पर नियुक्त हुए | बाद में उन्होंने भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान के क्षेत्र में काम किया | रक्षा अनुसंधान तथा विकास संगठन में काम करते हुए उन्होंने अनेक मिसाइलों के निर्माण तथा प्रक्षेपण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई | केंद्र सरकार ने डॉ.कलाम को ‘भारतरत्न ‘ से सम्मानित किया | २५ जुलाई २००२, को वे भारत के राष्ट्रपति के रूप में नियुक्त हुए |

  • 12 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 34 tablespoon baking soda
  • 14 tablespoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 34 cup buttermilk
  • 4 ounces butter (1 ounce = 2 Tablespoon)
