PYP exhibition: Research more about the 2 sub-topics you have chosen and make notes in your PYP Exhibition Journal. Tarang – Grade 3 and 4 Art and design performance

Dear Parent,

It is our pleasure to announce a grand day where students will showcase their talent and learning through Tarang  (Kala Utsav, A.S performances is now “Tarang”).

We heartily welcome you all to come, visit and encourage students during their performances.

Points to consider:

  1. Date: 17th March 2018
  2. Venue- Fountainhead school
  3. Time- 9:30 am to 10:40 am (please look at the schedule for the specific event venue in table below)
  4. Students will reach school by 8:30 am, click here for bus route. After the event students will leave with their parents. Drop off transport will not be provided.
  5. Students need to bring their breakfast.
  6. Parents need to carry Bearer card without fail.

Important Note:

Over the last 1-2 years, parents tend to start walking out of the venue as soon as their kids performance is over.  This is disrespectful to the students, teachers and other parents and also creates disturbance at the venue.

Therefore we will be making some changes for you as an audience.

  1. You are requested to be a responsible audience by attending a full performance slot. Slot is not longer than 1:05 minutes – so you are expected to spend at least that much time in seeing all the performances in that slot even if your child’s performance is over.
  2. The slot is from 9:30 to 10:30 am so, you are expected to be seated at the venue before 9:25 am and you will not be  allowed to leave before 10:30 am from the venue.
  3. Security will be posted at each venue to ensure the same. Please do not disrespect them by trying to leave before the slot is over. The same applies the other way also – you need to be in time for the slot. If you are late, you will not be allowed into the venue. Kindly cooperate with all staff members and treat them with respect at all times.  Also the Bearer card will be checked at all the venues as well as school entry.
