Glimpse of an Art field trip

Glimpse of an Art field trip

 

Grade 9,11 and 12 Visual Art students have visited Visit the stone sculpture symposium. They have explore seven Indian, Three Japanese and One Italian sculptor artist’s work and got opportunity to talk with one of them.

Purpose of the visit was explore such a large scale stone sculpture, how different stone is been used for creating sculpture, how to joint two different stone and how to create different surface by giving texture to single stone.

This visit followed by Fine Art department visit at VNSGU. They visited 3 different department which offered courses like Painting, Sculpture and Applied.

Celebration of learning – Learners created, revised, edited and further revised the scripts 🙂 They further worked on the resources for the D-Day.

Homework – In your Math notebook, complete the task – You are an architect – Create a house and objects in the house which should have 3 acute, 2 obtuse angles and a right angle.

For the celebration of learning –

  1. Practice your scripts
  2. Plan dance steps (Dance team)
  3. Look for the welcome and end performance.
  4. Look for the event name.
