2)Click on the link given below and complete the task in the Math homework notebook.

3)You have to make a flowchart of the scientific method. One flow chart per group is to be made on an A3 sheet; it will be used as display later on.

4)Work on the background research of your investigation process and update your documents. Taking to your parents and adults can help you drive your investigation in an organized manner. While investigating do not forget to go back to the scientific method and the process of conducting an experiment.

Exceptions are always there…

## Exceptions are always there…

Dear all,

First of all, on behalf of my team, I extend my gratitude to all the parents who volunteered to come and mentor the students.
“Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardour and diligence.” – Abigail Adams
With the ongoing unit, the students are full of ardour and diligence. Keeping that in mind we evaluated the pros and cons. As a result, in spite of it being a No Screen Day, our students were allowed to use their Chromebook during the session wherein parents had come to help them with their research. This not only ensured minimum learning loss but also helped in avoiding a situation that could have resulted in curbing the learners’ curiosity.
Kindly note, we will continue to follow the No Screen Day in future and such changes are just rare instances. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
Regards,
Rachana Patel

Homework for October 1, 2018

## Homework for October 1, 2018

Dear Students,

Today, you gave an amazing book review. For those who are yet to give the retell, we’ll continue with that on Wednesday. In the HRM slots, you collaborated and worked in groups to read an article and practice note-taking (by using Cornell’s method); I observed that you now have a clear understanding and are able to separate the main points from extra information.

Homework

• Do the self-checking of Mixed Bag homework for Cycle 13. (The answer key has been shared with you on Google Classroom and Drive).
