Diwali Potluck

Diwali Potluck

Dear Students,
It is the last day of the term and it is time to party. As you all know, this year we are focusing on reducing waste to make our environment more sustainable. We have laid out the following recommendations.
1) This potluck is a mini celebration of the festival of Diwali and hence only Indian traditional food is allowed.
2) Learning from our past experiences with the potluck, in order to minimise acute food wastage, each student is to get food for only 10 people.
3) One of our grade students, Aaryam Agarwal came up with a solution to reduce waste caused due to the usage of disposable cutlery. We accept his suggestion that all Grade 6 learners will bring their own cutlery – A plate, a bowl, a spoon, a glass, a bag to carry them back home and a napkin
Happy Diwali in advance!
Thanks and regards
Grade 6 Team
