Dear Parents and Students,

Please note that for ongoing Unit of Cold War in Integrated Humanities, it is highly essential that students do their homework thoroughly to have better understanding of the Events of the Cold War.

Teachers for their respective section will be/are posting regarding the Event to be covered in the next slot along with some resources and few guiding questions. Discussion and Debate shall take  in the next day, so in order to participate actively in Class and to have good understanding, it is imperative for students to do the HW on regular basis.

For any further clarity, you are requested to mail to the respective IH teacher of the Section.

Looking forward to making this Unit more fruitful and have discussion/debate with complete involvement to understand multiple perspectives.

From 12 March till next 4 days, Discussion on Afghanistan’s Invasion and other Events till Disintegration of USSR will take place.

Students are requested to come prepared with the same, resources are shared on Curricle.

The assessment will be divided in two components:

Paper 1: On screen assessment with  combination of Criteria B & C- 90 Minutes.

Paper 2: Pen and Paper assessment with combination of Criteria A & D- 60 Minutes.

Other Details:

  • Fully charged Chromebook will be required along with personal stationery and earphones. In case, Chromebook is given for repair, please bring the receipt of the same.
  • All the resources shared on Curricle (subject resource sheet and Central Presentation), Google Classroom as well as the worksheets provided(online or in hard copy) and Class discussion will be considered as a part of the syllabus and will be sufficient to prepare for the examination.
  • Questions will be asked based on the Criteria of individual Unit. Eg: If a Unit-X has catered to learning objective A- strand (i), (ii), (iii)  and objective B-strand (i)and (ii) only, then the questions from this unit will only be based on Objective A and B.
