Your heart and lungs won’t function efficiently. And your joints will be stiff and easily injured. Inactivity is as much of a health risk as smoking!

Then this workshop is for you! We will be focusing on the importance of weight training and why it is must for a every female. And we will also tackle many common myths about weight training – such as – ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…â€œThat women will develop musclesÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â or that ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…â€œit leads to weight gainÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â etc.

In the workshop we will cover theory and weÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢ll also do a practical session. So come in appropriate clothes and shoes as far as possible.
