Presentation of Professions_G7 Idea

Presentation of Professions_G7 Idea

Presentation By students

Last week, students were allotted professions and asked to make presentations on the same. The teacher had made one as an example and encouraged feedback. Based on the same, the students were given their task.

All the students presented with enthusiasm displaying great knowledge and research work.

An example of the presentation is here:DSC_0263

Palak presented her profession ‘Wine taster’ yesterday. The presentation was an evidence to show that she had worked earnestly to research thoroughly about the profession. The PowerPoint was not too long; it retained the students’ attention. Adequate content was posted on each slide making it convenient to follow. It contained only the points that she wanted to present. She explained without reading from the slides. The presentation balanced the audio and written content proportionately. She kept it light and integrated humour. This kept her audience hooked.
The presentation was very well-structured. It started off with a question and answers session about what the audience thought a wine taster was and then proceeded to her explanations about it. This was a decent introduction to her topic. She expanded appropriately stating the qualifications required to become a wine-taster, describing the challenges and the advantages of the profession.
