Duration: 60 minutes

Date of submission: 1/9/2014

Topic: Experiment (Osmosis)

Dear students,
You need to design your experiment , add your observations and  conclude it. The points to be mentioned in your plan are given in the sheet shared with you. Plot a graph using spreadsheet or Excel sheet and paste the graph in the document. Calculate the change in mass in percentage change by using the formula  Final -Initial /Initial x 100 = Percentage change. Similarly, change in length should also be measured in terms of percentage change. Plot the graph of concentration of Sodium chloride  in M v/s percentage change.

Check your google classroom.

Guided Play- Language.

Last week in Language Guided Play(GP), learners played the game -‘Word Slam’.

The flashcards of sight words(two and three lettered) were stuck on the soft board. Each word carried some points (from 1 to 5). Learners were divided into two groups. Each member of the team had to slam a word and read it. If they are able to read , they earn that many points for their team. In the end, the team with more points was declared the winner. Dazzlers enjoyed this game a lot. They exhibited respect and co-operation while playing in groups. The winning team was very excited , but the other lost just by 2 points. so, both the team played well.
