Anita.

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am so excited to work with your child and you. It’s going to be a year full of fun and learning and I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us! I thought you might like to know a little bit about me.

I am Mrs. Priya Singh. I am married and a proud mother to two daughters, Shruti studying in 6th Grade and Shravyaa beginning with the early years schooling in Nursery. They take up most of my time at home but some hobbies that I enjoy are cooking, singing, doing adventurous activities and learning new things.

I am born and have lived most of my life in Surat. I am a commerce graduate, have completed my Masters in Business Administration from ICFAI university and B.Ed. from Navrachana University, Baroda.

This will be my 5th year of teaching in this school and 2nd year in Grade 1. Earlier I have worked as a homeroom teacher for Grade 2, 3, 4, and as an additional language educator. I attempt to teach with passion and instill love for learning in my students so that my students desire to be lifelong learners.

It is important to keep communication open between us. I am looking forward to having  a great year together!

Hi! My name is Niyanta Desai and I am very excited to be your child’s teacher. This year is going to be full of fun and lot of learning. I would like to tell you a few things about myself.

I was born and raised in Surat. I started teaching at Fountainhead school in 2010 and have been here ever since! Prior to this, I have  done  Masters in E-commerce from SEMCOM College affiliated with Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar.  I have also completed my B.ed  from Singhania University, Udaipur.  After enrolling my son in Fountainhead School, within a few months I also joined the school as a homeroom teacher for the Early Years. Living and working with tiny tots was an invaluable experience—not only did it allow me to work with learners full of curiosity and enthusiasm and hone my creativity,  it also gave me the opportunity to understand and learn about different learning styles.

Teaching your child is a tremendous responsibility and I will do my best to ensure that each student has a safe and motivating learning experience in this upcoming year. However, I cannot do this without the help of you, the parents.  We are partners in the learning process. You can call me at the school, send me a written note through daily diary.

I consider it a great privilege and responsibility to be your child’s teacher and I look forward to meeting with all parents.

Regards,

Niyanta
