Please refer the table below for the chromebook collection time and please bring Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â blank cheque for the balance amount of chromebook which is left to be paid.

Language – Students were read a story on Cinderella in a jumbled manner, then were asked if something is wrong or missing in the story so the word sequencing came, it was introduced thatÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â sequencing is so important not only in the story but even inÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â our real life.

Math – Students revisited the concept of fractions. The teacher gave the demonstration by folding papers and making them aware of why we have to find LCM when we solve fractions. Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â They were given some sums as well to solve.
Learning outcome – To revise the concept of fractions.
UOI – We read ‘Sleepy Sophie’ from the book – 7 habits of happy kids. Students were asked to come up with the words connecting to mind. heart, body and soul. As the chapter was related to the 7th habit- Sharpen the saw. Students showed enthusiasm and were reflective during the session. Henceforth they came up with the words – physical, mental, social and spiritual aspects for our well being.
Learning outcome – Tuning in to all the four aspects of Well being.

UOI – Teacher did 2 read alouds i.e., Henry Hikes to Fitchburg & Ruth Law Thrills a Nation, as a tuning in for the new unit. Classroom discussions based on the same was taken in the class wherein learners came up with different words connected to the Central Idea of the new unit.
MATH – Teacher modelled 2 sums of 4X3 multiplication on the board and gave few sums for practice which the learners attempted in their Math notebooks. Learners were able to solve the sums with teacher’s assistance in the class.
UOI – Learners have to find out any 5 inventions that have taken place in the last 5-8 years and write it down in the Reflection notebook.

1. Homework discussion was done in class by the teacher and doubts related to it were catered at the same time.

In UOI the learners were tuned into the new unit Exploration through an activity, where the learners had to explore and observe the new school building and find out various routes to reach the destination. There will be unit test on Day 3 , 6 July . Test will be based on 2 texts ( media , global issues ) and 1 creative writing based on Hygiene .
This is to inform you that weÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢re going to have rain dance any day, during this or next week whenever there is rain.
As the rain is unpredictable Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â so we request you to keep an extra pair of clothes, undergarments, a towel and a poly bag in your childÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s bag till we have the rain dance.
Please make sure that all of the above mentioned clothing is packed in your child’s bag else he might miss the rain dance.
