Dear parents,

In the current unit of inquiry our students are understanding how products reach to us after going through a process. To make this learning authentic and real life based we had gone for 2 field trips as well as for 2 in-school visits, so that the students can observe how the products which they consume in their real life; go through a process before it reaches to us(the consumer). To make this learning further enjoyable and enduring , we need your involvement too. We want you to take your child to a super store / departmental store near your house, wherein a variety of edible and non-edible products are sold. You need to talk about the different products, their origin as well as their packaging( distribution). You may also click 1 or 2 pictures of your child while reflecting on his/her learning over there and send it to the class. The purpose of this exercise is to involve parents in their child’s learning journey and celebrate it.
