हिंदी गृहकार्य कक्षा -८ सभी वर्गों के लिए

प्रिय विद्यार्थियों ,

निम्नलिखित गद्यांश को पढ़कर नीचे दिए गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर हिंदी उत्तर पुस्तिका में लिखिए –

नकारात्मक से सकारात्मक की ओर:-

सकारात्मकता (Positivity) की शुरुआत आशा और विश्वास से होती है| किसी जगह पर चारों ओर अँधेरा है और कुछ भी दिखाई नहीं दे रहा और वहां पर अगर हम एक छोटा सा दीपक जला देंगे तो उस दीपक में इतनी शक्ति है कि वह छोटा सा दीपक चारों ओर फैले अँधेरे को एक पल में दूर कर देगा| इसी तरह आशा की एक किरण सारे नकारात्मक विचारों को एक पल में मिटा सकती है|

नकारात्मकता को नकारात्मकता समाप्त नहीं कर सकती, नकारात्मकता को तो केवल सकारात्मकता ही समाप्त कर सकती है| इसीलिए जब भी कोई छोटा सा नकारात्मक विचार मन में आये उसे उसी पल सकारात्मक विचार में बदल देना चाहिए|

उदाहरण के लिए अगर किसी विद्यार्थी को परीक्षा से 20 दिन पहले अचानक ही यह विचार आता है कि वह इस बार परीक्षा (Exam) में उत्तीर्ण नहीं हो पाएगा तो उसके पास दो विकल्प है – या तो वह इस विचार को बार-बार दोहराए और धीरे-धीरे नकारात्मक पौधे को एक पेड़ बना दे या फिर उसी पल इस नेगेटिव विचार को पॉजिटिव विचार में बदल दे और सोचे कि कोई बात नहीं अभी भी परीक्षा में 20 दिन यानि 480 घंटे बाकि है और उसमें से वह 240 घंटे पूरे दृढ़ विश्वास के साथ मेहनत करेगा तो उसे उत्तीर्ण होने से कोई रोक नहीं सकता| अगर वह नेगेटिव विचार को सकारात्मक विचार में उसी पल बदल दे और अपने पॉजिटिव संकल्प को याद रखे तो निश्चित ही वह उत्तीर्ण होगा|

“सकारात्मक सोचना या न सोचना हमारे मन के नियंत्रण में है और हमारा मन हमारे नियन्त्रण में है| अगर हम अपने मन से नियंत्रण हटा लेंगे तो मन अपनी मर्जी करेगा और हमें पता भी नहीं चलेगा की कब हमारे मन में नकारात्मक पेड़ उग गए है|”

 -उपरोक्त गद्यांश को पढ़कर निम्नलिखित प्रश्नों के उत्तर हिंदी उत्तर पुस्तिका में लिखिए –

१ -सकारात्मकता (Positivity) की शुरुआत  कैसे होती है?

२ अगर मन में  नकारात्मक विचार  आये तो हमें क्या करना चाहिए ?

३ -अगर किसी विद्यार्थी को परीक्षा से 20 दिन पहले अचानक ही यह विचार आता है कि वह इस बार परीक्षा (Exam) में उत्तीर्ण नहीं हो पाएगा तो उसे कौनसा विकल्प अपनाना चाहिए और क्यों ?

Dear Parents,

Here’s what we did this week:

  1. Details discussion was done while explaining the concept of Squares and Square roots. Students understood the concept very well. Students were shown the sums of squares and square roots with full steps. Later, students did few practice sums for the same. 
  2. We started with new topic ‘Index Notation for Integers’. The concept was explained thoroughly.
  3. Students were given few examples of making perfect cube, to make them understand the concept of cube using Jodo blocks.
  4. We started with new topic ‘Cubes and Cube roots’. The concept was explained thoroughly. Detail discussion was done while explaining the concept of Cubes and Cube roots. Students understood the concept very well. Students were shown the sums of Cubes and Cube roots with full steps. 
  5. Summative assessment of Unit 2: Different can be equal  was taken.
  6. Practice sums worksheet of ongoing unit has been given to students. Weekend homework from the same has been posted on blog.
  7. Doubts will be catered on Monday.

Here’s what we did this week:

  2. Students were given few examples of making perfect cube, to make them understand the concept of cube using Jodo blocks.

Exercise 11K exam style questions were asked to solve in the class.

Students were taught Degrees and radians too:

How to convert degrees to radians and radians to degrees.

Exercise 11L and Exercise 11M exam style questions were asked to solve in the class.

Dear Students & Parents,

This week in Grade 9 Enterprise, we have done 4.3 & 4.4 of the Unit: Business Opportunities, Responsibilities & Risk.

Also, students were asked to work on their IA whose submission is slated on 21st September 2016.

Students should also start preparing for the Unit Test which is going to be scheduled by the end of this month where all the 4 units will be covered.

Lets look back in this week:

  1. This week started with the explanation of  fourth algebraic identities, where students solved many questions by applying the same.
  2. Students solved exercise 2.8 based on algebraic identities and also few sums of exercise 2.7 through identities.
  3. One slot was given for unit test-4 that included Profit and loss, marked price & discount and expansion of brackets and factorizing by grouping the terms.

Dear Parents,

Sneak peek into the week gone by:-

Literature:-

We continued with the discussion of the graphic novel – Othello. We completed reading and discussing  Act Two, while students were asked questions to test their understanding of Act 1 and 2. We discussed the answers in the class and students are expected to write answers in their notebook.

Language;-

We checked and discussed last week’s homework (exercises from Unit 10). Students practiced vocabulary-building, evaluating synonyms and paraphrasing with the help of these exercises.

Book Club -:
Presentation of the books read in the book circles during this slot. Few sections attended read aloud session by Tahira Ma’am. 

Students are encouraged to read the library books and make timely presentations
