Dear all,

Get ready for the celebration of your learning! Its your time to reflect and showcase your understanding.

Come prepared tomorrow with lots of enthusiasm and energy.

Also remind your parents about their valuable presence for the assessment to be held tomorrow. They need to report sharp at 8:30 am . : )

Just to remind you to keep in mind the below mentioned points.

Central Idea: Evidence of past civilization helps us to make connections to present day societies.

LOI: 

Characteristics of civilization (Form)

Connection between past and present (Connection)

Implication for future (Change)

Learner Profile: Inquirer and Knowledgeable

Attitude: Appreciation and Curiosity

Approaches to learning: Research skill, Communication skill

You will also need to talk about the action you have taken during the unit. E.g. You chose to read book about various  civilization

Think about how you can make connections between the central idea and TDT and also connection between central idea and your chosen aspect.

Regarding costume: 

You can choose to dress up for your chosen civilization. However, it is completely voluntary and no costume should be purchased or rented for the same.

Carry your school uniform to change into it after the presentation.

We discussed the post-reading questions in the classroom after which the students wrote the answers in their notebook.

Math:-

The etiquettes to maintain while conducting a survey were discussed along with how to frame conclusion once the survey data has been interpreted.

UOI:-

Lines of inquiry for the new unit were derived under each key concept and students framed some questions under these LOIs so as to direct their path of research. The students’ learning contract and parent undertaking were discussed with the students in detail .

Note for parents:- Kindly go through both the undertakings and sign on both of these.

Homework:-

  1. Complete your single subject homework.
  2. Get the undertakings signed by your parent.

નીચે આપેલી link પરથી વાર્તા “ત્રણ માછલીઓ” સાંભળો અને  ત્રણેય માછલીઓ વિષે (ત્રણ માછલીનાં ચિત્ર બનાવીને તેમાં) બે -બે વાક્ય લખો. (दी गई link से “ત્રણ માછલીઓ” कहानी सुनें और तीन मछली के बारे में (तीन मछलियों का चित्र बनाकर) दो-दो वाक्य लिखें |

Math:

Teacher had written few solved sums on the board and learners as detectives had to spot the error in the sums . Later teacher solved the: sums correctly.

UOI:

Tuning in activity of the new unit was taken up where learners were taken for a walk in the school premises and were asked to note down what they have observed. Later a reflection sheet was given where they were asked to guess what the next unit will be all about.

Lang:  F.A was taken in the FA notebook.

Note: Parents Lang FA notebook is sent with the learner. Kindly go through the same and sign it.

*Roll No. १ से १० के बच्चों को हिंदी की X- Box  Performance script दी गई हैं | (Roll No. ११ से २० के छात्र गुजराती की script पढ़ेंगे |)

प्रिय अभिभावक ,

आपसे निवेदन हैं कि अपने बच्चे को script पढ़ने में मदद करें |

Note- हिंदी की कक्षा में बच्चों को character ( पात्र ) दिए जाएँगे |

मज़ेदार गृहकार्य –

कागज़  में , आपके रूचि के अनुसार अपनी  कविता लिखें |

*सबसे पहले कविता का नाम लिखें , बादमें कविता के अनुसार शब्द चुने और लिखें , शब्दों से कविता बनाकर लिखें  |

*इस कविता को अपने माता – पिता , दादा – दादी के सामने पेश करें |
