Language – Teacher explained that while editing a writing piece we look at the conventions of the piece: grammar, punctuation, capitalization and spelling. Also, we need to ensure that all the points which are important are included. (What is the object? , Why? , Who? , When? and What does it signify? or Why is it so valuable to you?).Then learners rewrote the story(special object).
Travel Times poem was read , explained and questions & answers were discussed.
U O I – Teacher did a read aloud focusing on the TDT and LOIs as well as made connections with the Key concepts while reading the book “Common Ground ” by Molly Bang. Later in groups, students came up with the key concepts connected to the read aloud and justified their choice.

Students created a poem titled as ‘The Giant’ by using similes. They compared the size of the main character with that of a sea, desert, metropolis, ocean, planet etc.
Students filled a T-chart based on their understandingÃ‚Â about the content which made them know about the interview process and its do’s and don’ts. Furthermore, two role plays were done by the teacher and a student so as to make the learners observe the difference between the etiquettes that were followed, type of questions that were asked and the relevance of the interview to the topic.
