Dear Grade 6 Students,
January again was full of excitement and fun where all the classes were competing for the class of the month. I would like to congratulate all the students for consistently taking efforts in following the Routines and Procedures, conversing in English, cleanliness of the class and dining area and many more categories.
There was tough competition and everyday the results looked different. We had all the sections chasing each other and competing to be THE CLASS OF THE MONTH. I appreciate and acknowledge the efforts put in by all.

Day 4, Tuesday
Students made clay models using different resources. They then kept it in Ã¢â‚¬Å“throw away boxÃ¢â‚¬Â and teacher took the discussion further on how resources are being wasted and thus result in pollution.
Later,Ã‚Â teacher discussed about finite /infinite /renewable and non renewable natural resources in detail.
Learners solved multiplication word problems independently.

a) On Thursday, didi sold items worth Rs. 210. On Friday she sold twice that amount. On Saturday she sold items worth Rs. 130. How much more food did she sell on Friday than Saturday?
b) In pantry, the cost of Amul Kool is Rs. 27 and cost of cheese slice is Rs. 15.Didi sold 48 Amul Kool and 29 cheese slices, how much did she earn?
Solve the following multiplication sums (using any method):

b) 521 x 32
c) 90 x 20
