Math: 

  • Students saw videos related to the table of 8, 9 and 10. They also solved some multiplication sums in their notebooks.

UOI: How the world works:

  • Students triggered their thinking skills by answering ‘What if..’ questions.

Homework:

  • Language worksheet to be done.
  • Solve the following sums in math notebook ( refer to the sums solved in classwork)

Discussion on “Phases of Moon and Solar & Lunar Eclipses”  was taken through a Google slide.

Math:

  1. Students saw videos related to table of 2,3 and 4 and later on copied the same in their notebooks.
  2. The students solved repeated addition word problem along with multiplication equation in their math notebook.

L.D: Week 15, Days 4 and 5 were discussed in class.

Homework:

Math: To be done in Math notebook.

1. The library books were on the shelf in 3 stacks of 4. How many books were on the shelf in all?

2. Yug had 3 bags of marbles. Each bag had 3 marbles inside. How many total marbles did he have altogether?

Discussion on “Greenhouse effect” , “Global Warming” and “Negative actions” was taken through a Google slide.

Language:

LWE– Week 16- Game was discussed.

Math:

The students solved repeated addition word problems along with multiplication equation in their math notebook.

Homework:

1. The library books were on the shelf in 3 stacks of 4. How many books were on the shelf in all?

2. Pranshu had 3 bags of marbles. Each bag had 3 marbles inside. How many total marbles did he have altogether?

[Highlight Of The Day]

UOI: Orientation for Summative assessment and Criteria sharing of the assessment checklist. Teacher modeled the I Do ( ad making) session for the SA and later shared the Advertisement planner sheet and discussed the questions.

Math:  Students learnt the multiplication of fractions by solving the sums in the Math books.

Homework

An article and a video regarding petroleum was taken up in class. Later students noted down the key points in the booklet provided to them.

Lang:

“Max crosses the road ” from Empowering English was done in class.

Note: Parents kindly sign the language FA notebook that was sent with the learners’ yesterday.

Highlights

Language: Students read the chapter Pandora’s Box and after comprehending it in pairs filled up the elements of the story grid in context to the chapter read.

UOI: The teacher modeled an advertisement of a pen using the Ad planner. Later,  the Summative Assessment task  was discussed. Filling up of the advertisement planner by the students where they noted down the story line of the advertisement they will create.

Homework

Language EE: Students need to answer Q-1, Q-2 and Q-6 on pg. no. 43 and 44 of Empowering English reference book in their Language notebook.
