Highlights and Homework – 03/03/2017

Dear parents,

[Math]

Students solved word problems based on real life application of fractions.

[Language]

Students read the dialogues in the personal narrative piece “The Christmas present” and simultaneously observed the punctuation, grammar and vocabulary used while writing a dialogue. Later, they learnt about the conventions of writing dialogues.

Unit Of Inquiry:  As a part of the next unit, we are planning a day called Exchange Day on Monday, 6th March. Exchange Day is a day when the students bring in items that they would like to exchange with each other. (Do not send any expensive item. They can bring something they have in spare or access.)

Happy weekend 🙂
