Math: Learners practised writing a cheque in Indian number system. Then, they were introduced to the international number system. Day 5 – Tuesday

Language:

The students read the poem â€˜My Name Isâ€™ given in Â chapter 19 of Empowering English and understood that Â Nonsense poems are unusual and funny. They tried to create their own nonsense poem.

Learners attempted for the formative assessment.

Math:Â The students were taken to the Bridge area and were instructed to work in pairs. They were engaged in an activity â€˜How Far Can You Go?â€™ to better conceptualize length units.Further discussions in the class helped students understand that distances can also be measured using the standard unit.

UOI:Â The students watched a video on the Skeletal system.Â

Homework:

Language: Complete the given worksheet.
