UOI: In order to understand ‘Significance of rituals and tradition'(LOI 1), learners read the articles about ritual, tradition, beliefs and values in the group, using the strategy retelling to summarize. Later, they presented their finding creatively to the whole class. The discussion was followed. They concluded the session by writing their understanding about the LOI.
Math: Based on the formative assessment feedback, learners practices fractions sums – simplification, equivalent fractions and comparison. Learners also penned their understanding and wondering using the KWHL chart. Today, they framed the central idea and derived lines of inquiry based on key concepts about fractions.
