G9_Integrated Humanities_Event: Human Library dated 10th January.

Dear Students,

As you are already aware of the event “The Human Library” scheduled tomorrow, 10th January 2019, we expect you all to cooperate and make this event a rich learning experience.
Find below the common instructions to be followed for this event.  -:
1. After the PS slot, you all are requested to be in your respective class.
2. You all are expected to bring the breakfast from home. This will surely save our time during the HMB and ensure the event starts on time at 10:20 am.
3. You will be guided by the IH teachers to reach the venue.
4. You were initially going to meet just one guest and converse with them for the entire session. But looking at the time frame, we have tweaked the format. Now instead of 1 guest, you will be meeting 3 guests. You will have 40 mins session with the guest selected as your first preference. After this session, you will meet another 2 guests for 20 mins each which will be allocated by the teachers at the venue.
5. We have divided the students into 20 groups. There will be clear instructions to the teacher in charge about where the entire group has to move for session 2 and 3 respectively. The details have also been mentioned below, you must check your group number along with your guest allocation for session 1, 2 and 3 .
 IMPORTANT NOTE -: 

1. There has been no bias in allocating guests to you. Some of you might have got your first preference some might have second, some third and even there are none at all. This thing was already discussed in the class, that there is a first come first serve basis of allocation done. If you have filled the form late, as a natural consequence you might not get to meet the preferred guest.

2. As instructed by your respective teacher, you have to make genuine and practical questions for your ‘HUMAN BOOK’. Each student has to prepare questions to be asked. All the students in a group have to equally participate in the discussion to make it more productive and lively.

3. The event is called HUMAN LIBRARY, for a reason. Do not forget the essence of ‘LIBRARY’, to stay as calm and quiet as you can. We understand you have doubts and questions but still we expect your full cooperation for the same.

Dear parent,

A gentle reminder to attend the Students Led Conference as per the schedule given below.

10th January, 2019 – Amity, Truth, Trust and Hope

11th January, 2019 – Joy, Concord, Peace, Harmony

The time duration for the event will be as given below for both the days;

Roll no. 1 to 10 – 9:00 to 10:00 am.

Roll no. 11 to 20 – 10:30 to 11:30 am.

Note: Before reaching the class, you will need to gather in Y box for orientation as per the timings given above. The orientation will start sharp at 9 am. 

Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

कक्षा में करवाए गए लेखन कार्य ‘कक्षा की अलमारी’ एवं ‘मेरा बस्ता’ को ध्यान में रखकर ‘फ़्रिज’ के बारे में निम्नलिखित जानकारी लिखें –

-फ्रिज़ में क्या-क्या चीज़े रखते है ? कम से कम 8 वस्तुओं के नाम लिखें | लिखते समय उनके रंग, आकर आदि का इस्तेमाल करके वाक्य लिखें |

उदाहरण – मेरा फ़्रिज सफ़ेद रंग का है | मेरी मम्मी उस में हरे रंग की पालक रखती है |

-गृहकार्य करते समय दिनांक और HW अवश्य लिखें |
-वर्तनी और मात्राओं पर ध्यान दें |
