Dear Students,
We the MYP science team are conducting science fair as an event, wherein you will step into the shoes of scientist and showcase your Research, Self Management, and Communication Skills in your science project. You will be explaining the different concepts of science like energy, electromagnetism, electroplating, genetics, etc. by presenting it in the form of presentation on 25th February 2019 from 10.35 am to 11.45 am (slot 3 and 15 minutes of slot 4). Each student will have only 5-7 minutes to present their project wherein students of grade 7 will be the audience. Please note science project will itself be part of your curriculum (considered as a separate unit) and the final product & presentation will be assessed to award you levels in Criteria B and C by the teacher in charge. The instructions for which are shared with you in the booklet provided.
Students are required to make one chart (size A1) compulsorily which should include :
Venues for the event: Grade 7 and Grade 8 Wing
(Class allocation for the presentation of your project work will be mailed to you one day prior to the science fair)
Note: In case a student is not able to remain present on the day of the event, a Daily Diary note is mandatory to be sent by the parent prior to the event to the Teacher-in-charge. Please find the list of teacher-in-charge below for your reference.
