Homework for the day- 26th February 2019

Dear students,

Complete the following homework tasks:

1)Since the exhibition unit has begun today, we are going to have many explorations added to our experience. One such exploration is bound to happen tomorrow. In order to reflect well while exploring, you have to make 6 different graphic organizers of your choice in your PYP exhibition journal and fill them while exploring the centers.

You may take help of this folder in order to create graphic organizers– https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1H92CBMQSa-Rnv7xXQ0pVgMFk3EaZ-BUG?usp=sharing

2)You have been appreciating the surroundings in many ways so far, but it is time to show a caring attitude towards our planet, towards each living being, towards the resources which makes our life easier. Let us watch the following videos –

A simple yet powerful task is, to design a poster after watching these videos.
Consider adding the following ideas in your poster:-
– A problem which disturbs you
– A possible solution to that problem
– A movement to engage more people in this problem-solving
– A slogan or a quote to spark awareness in the audience’s mind
Use the skills and ideas you developed through VA sessions based on poster-making.
3)Complete the POI sheet as explained in the class. Ignore if done.
4) Ensure that all of today’s sessions (1 and 2) are updated in your journal.
