Dear students and parents,

We have completed the unit Eco-Tourism and conducted the summative Assessment of this unit where each student created and presented a PPT.

We have shown them a movie called ‘Smile Pinki’ and discussed the learning outcome of it.

We have started with reading activity in the class before starting the next unit.

Dear parents and students,

In the Eco-tourism Unit this week we have completed the following:

1. The students were divided in group of 4-5 and were given a tourist place. They were asked to prepare a presentation of that tourist place. They were shown an example and were allowed to research using their chrome book. They presented it in the class.

2. They were asked to prepare an itinerary for the same place which they explored in the previous activity in the same group. They were shown an example for the same.

Next there will be their summative assessment where they will prepare a presentation individually.

Please take a note,the mock IO of Hindi will be conducted on 9th (day 5), 10th (day-6), and 13th ( day-1) of Feb’17, in Hindi slot.

Dear parents and students,

In the Eco-tourism Unit this week we have completed the following:

1. As a group activity the students were given few old newspapers and A-3 sheet, they prepared a collage on the topic and presented in the class.

2. For the listening practice, they completed a worksheet based on an audio.

In the next cycle there will be Summative assessment for this unit.
The students will be asked to prepare an individual presentation on the given topic.

Dear parents and students,

We have introduced a new unit ‘ECO-TOURISM’in the class.

The students were asked to create STATEMENT OF INQUIRY for the unit.They created different SOI with enthusiasm.

They were made listen to an audio where the conversation about eco-tourism and traditional tourism could be heard. Further the topic was discussed with the students.

A worksheet was given to read and new words were marked which students wrote in their notebook and found the meaning.

The worksheet based on the movie ‘hum sath sath hain’ was given and solved by the students.

The video was shown to the students and some questions were answered by the students in written.

The students learnt to type in Hindi. The HW will be submitted by them online.

Dear students/parents

विद्यार्थियों को कृष्ण -सुदामा की दोस्ती की कहानी से सम्बंधित कार्यपत्रक दिया गया, जिसे पढ़कर उन्हें दिए गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर लिखने थे। यह एक फॉर्मेटिव असेसमेंट की तरह लिया गया, जिससे उनके पाठन और समझने की क्षमता को आँका जा सके।

विद्यार्थियों को हिंदी फिल्म हम साथ साथ हैं दिखाई गयी क्योंकि इस फिल्म के जरिये बच्चों को रिश्तों में मधुरता बनाये रखने के लिए प्रेरित किया जा सकता है। साथ ही कई परिस्थियों में परिवार में आई दरारों को कैसे प्यार से भरा जा सकता है, समझ में आता है। इस फिल्म पर आधारित कार्यपत्रक विद्यार्थियों को दिया जायेगा।

The summative assessment for this unit will be held at the end of next cycle ( cycle 19).

Dear Parents,

विद्यार्थियों को विडियो दिखाकर उसमे दिखाए गए रिश्तों के बारे में चर्चा की गयी। विभिन्न प्रश्नों से उन्हें रिश्तों में आयी अलग-अलग परिस्थितियों और हालातों से अवगत कराया गया। विद्यार्थी एक दूसरे के नजरिये और सोच से अवगत हुए।

कक्षा में विद्यार्थियों को चार समूह में विभाजित करके उन्हें शिक्षक-विद्यार्थी के रिश्ते से सम्बंधित परिस्थिति दी गयी जिसे उन्होंने वार्तालाप गतिविधि (Role-Play) द्वारा कक्षा में प्रदर्शित किया।

चम्पक की कहानी कक्षा में सुनाई गयी और कहानी से सम्बंधित शब्दार्थ, प्रश्नोत्तर और
सही – गलत वाक्य का चुनाव आदि सिखाने के लिए कार्यपत्रक ( worksheet ) करवाया गया।
