The exam will be divided into 2 components:

(ii) Component 2: Pen and Paper examination to assess Criteria B, C & D – 1 hr. 30 minutes.

Other Instructions:-

Fully charged Chromebook will be required along with your personal stationery and earphones. In case your Chromebook is given for repair, bring a receipt for the same.

Dear parents,

There will be pen paper writing term 1 exam of 1 hr 30 minutes.

G7 Hindi Term 1 Exam Curriculum is as below:

  • Unit-1- Festivals
  • Unit-2- Health and well being.

Paper style of the Term 1 Exam includes-

In term, 1 Examination questions will be asked based on the MYP objectives.Detail is given below:-

Objective A:(Comprehending spoken and visual text)

Detail:- One video( Based on a fictional story) will be shown to students, and they have to write the answers to given questions.

Question type:-

  • Multiple choice
  • One line answer

Objective B  (Objective B Comprehending written and Visual text )

Detail:- In this objective, an unseen passage of story (not related to the unit) will be given to students and questions will be asked based on the passage.

Question type:-

  • One line answer
  • Write opposite words
  • Fill in the blanks

Objective C (Objective C Communicating in  response to spoken and/or written and/or visual text )

Detail: In which students will interpret(command term) the given pictures( related to health and festivals) and will write the answers based on pictures.

Question Type:- Picture interpretation: word limit 40-50 words.

Objective D (Using language in spoken and /or written form.): In which students will be given a topic related to health or Festivals for creative writing of 80-100 words.

Note- 1. Practice for the same paper pattern will be given in class.

  2.Term 1 Exam for objective A will be taken in classes in the last week of September. Dates will be posted on the blog.
